The core of two stages bootstrap simulation

Details

object<-bootstrap

#1. sudo triangle form the resampled residual, this is the first stage whatif<-Sudo(getFittedIncrementalLoss(object), sample(x=getResidual(object)))

#2. do the rectangle development in cumulative, then incremental inc1<-Incremental(whatif) inc2<-Incremental(develop(whatif))

#the m below is the lower part of the development triangle, incremented, #and willl be ready for a gamma simulation m<-minus(inc2, inc1)

#3 second stage, do gamma simulation on each cell of m, each cell of the m is the mean, and scale we have already return (GammaTrial(m, getScale(object)))
